Read time · 1:00 minSECO Economic Cooperation and Development has awarded NIRAS International Consulting and our partners a five-year contract acting as Implementing Agency for the Swiss-financed project “Municipal Infrastructure Development Programme – PPF Ukraine”. NIRAS International Consulting leads the consortium with partners Implenia, Egis, Swiss-Ukrainian Reconstruction Agency SURA and Інститут Місцевого Розвитку (Municipal Development Institute).
The Facility seeks to advance infrastructure development in Ukraine through the application of Swiss expertise. The project will be carried out in close cooperation with the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, the main Ukrainian counterpart, and in collaboration with other national and international stakeholders, as well as local communities in Ukraine. 🏗️
The kick-off meeting took place on 4 November at SECO headquarters in Bern with online participants from Kyiv. The Project Team, led by the Team Leader Mario Ortner, pictured below, attended the meeting.
