CHF Swiss efforts for reconstruction in Ukraine between 2025 and 2028
PPF4Ukraine operates across Ukraine, supporting municipalities in preparing priority infrastructure projects that improve public services and contribute to resilient recovery. The Facility focuses primarily on municipal investments in sectors such as water, wastewater, energy and urban transport, while working closely with national authorities, international financial institutions and development partners to align projects with Ukraine's reconstruction priorities and financing opportunities. The Facility continuously evaluates project proposals from across the country.
Following the first round of assessments, Vinnytsia and Kryvyi Rih have been selected as the first partner municipalities, with additional municipalities and projects to be assessed and selected throughout the implementation of the programme.

This is a hybrid event kicking off the PPF4Ukraine, a Swiss initiative supporting municipal infrastructure project preparation in Ukraine.
On April 10, 2024, the Swiss Federal Council decided to provide long-term support for the reconstruction of Ukraine, earmarking a total budget of CHF 5 billion for the period 2025-2036. As an initial phase, Switzerland is allocating CHF 1.5 billion for the period 2025-2028.
