PPF4Ukraine is now officially operational

Developed in close alignment with Ukraine’s ongoing Public Investment Management reform, the manual also reflects the priorities and approaches of key international partners supporting Ukraine’s recovery, including the EU, EIB and EBRD. Importantly, it will be made publicly available to support municipalities and utilities seeking assistance through PPF4Ukraine.

Beyond the Steering Committee, representatives of the Implementing Agency visited selected municipalities across Ukraine to explore concrete infrastructure opportunities that can support a more resilient and sustainable recovery.

By combining Swiss expertise, international partnerships, and close cooperation with Ukrainian authorities, PPF4Ukraine aims to help municipalities turn promising project ideas into bankable investments that improve lives and strengthen communities.
