Find your pathway to PPF4Ukraine — for Ukrainian municipalities and Swiss companies.
PPF4Ukraine connects Ukrainian municipalities, Swiss expertise and international financing to support sustainable and resilient infrastructure reconstruction in Ukraine. Whether you are a Ukrainian municipality seeking support to prepare a bankable infrastructure project that meets IFI standards, or a Swiss company interested in contributing expertise, technology or solutions to rebuilding of Ukraine, find your pathway here.
Selected projects may receive technical assistance for pre-feasibility studies and feasibility studies, including environmental and social assessments, financial and economic analyses, as well as for capacity building and other project preparation activities. PPF4Ukraine also works with International Financial Institutions (IFIs) and other financing partners to help secure funds for implementation of prepared projects.
Municipalities can submit project proposals to PPF4Ukraine at any time. Applications are evaluated on an ongoing basis and assessed by the Project team several times a year.
To apply, please send your project proposal together with available supporting documentation that you consider relevant, to contact@ppf4ukraine.ch. Supporting documents may include a project concept, pre-feasibility or feasibility study, technical documentation, environmental assessments, cost estimates, and evidence of alignment with the municipality's infrastructure development strategy.
Once received, we will conduct an initial review to determine whether the proposed project falls within the scope of PPF4Ukraine. We may also ask for clarification or additional documentation. Projects that fall within the Facility's scope will be included in the next evaluation round and assessed against the eligibility criteria. Projects that meet the eligibility requirements will then be evaluated against the selection criteria.

We check whether the project meets basic eligibility requirements and may request additional information.
Eligible projects are assessed and ranked based on quality, relevance and potential impact.
Top-ranked projects are submitted to SECO for review and approval. We establish cooperation with selected municipalities.
We mobilise experts to prepare feasibility studies, assessments and analyses, and strengthen municipal capacity.
PPF4Ukraine creates opportunities for Swiss companies and other Swiss actors to contribute with their expertise, technologies and innovative solutions to Ukraine's municipal infrastructure reconstruction.
